A Family Again
I chose to do the ad I did because slavery was such a horrible thing that affected many people in history. I felt the ad I did portrayed the feeling of slavery and the fears some of the slaves might have had. The ad showed how people of darker color were considered more as property than actual people. In creating my piece, I thought about all the sadness and hatred of people with a darker tone. To me, my artwork represents more of the thoughts and feeling about slavery than actual slavery itself.
