I've just learned that there was a glitch with tickets that were purchased from about 5 last night till about 11 this morning. (Those of you who were asking earlier if the site was down or tickets are sold out, apparently the site was down briefly this morning while the glitch was being fixed.)

Ticket buyers receive two e-mails: The first is a confirmation, while the second contains a link to the PDF of the tickets. But, for those of you who bought during this time frame (5 last night till this morning), the PDF is only one page, and hence only one ticket. The PDF should have one page PER TICKET. Thus, if you bought five tickets, the PDF should have five pages to print out.

For those who bought tickets during this time frame and got faulty PDFs, the Powers o' Blaze ticketing will be sending tickets via snail mail. I'm told they know exactly who was affected. So, don't worry. Here's what they said:

We apologize for a glitch in our system. You will receive paper tickets via regular mail, and your eticket(s) will be voided. The tickets will be mailed to the address you provided in your Guest Record.

Again, our apologies.

The glitch is now corrected and the system is up and functional.

I purchased tickets on 10/4, received a confirmation but never received the additional e-mail with the link to my tickets. Therefore, Ihave no tickets to print. I will call on Tuesday to see what can be done, but would like to have the tickets e-mailed to me so that I can print them out. Thank you, Bonni

Hello.

I am writing to request that you kindly help me retrieve the tickets I purchased but that I cannot view or print, not due to any glitch with the links, but due to my being over-efficient.

I did receive the two e-mails, ie confirmation of my online order (#44350000000) and the instructions on how to access the tickets.

I printed both e-mails, but before checking that they had printed OK, I deleted them, both from my inbox and deleted items. When I looked at the printouts, the one with the link I'm after had not printed properly and now I cannot see the whole link.

Would you please be kind enough to re-send me the second e-mail, ie the one titled "Your Print@Home tickets - Confirmation # 44350000000".

Should you not be able to do this, do you think I can receive my tickets via snail mail? Should you need to contact me, please do so either via e-mail or phone (71 549-8749.

So i royally screwed up with the girl I'm seeing. She bought her tickets early and i ignored her warning that they sell fast. I'd really like to geta ticket for the October 20th 8pm blaze.
