Washington Irving's Sunnyside

Part time tour guide positions are available for the 2012 season at Sunnyside, the picturesque home of renowned author Washington Irving. Candidates with high energy, positive attitude, an interest in history, and excellent hospitality and communication skills are encouraged to apply. Sales Associate

Work in one of our on-site museum shops selling merchandise and tickets. The ideal candidate is computer savvy, knowledgeable of point of sales systems, detail oriented, and enjoys working with the public. This is a part-time position, April-December. Union Church

Historic Hudson Valley is hiring part-time tour guides for Union Church. Candidates must possess excellent communications skills and knowledge of and appreciation for the fine arts and/or history. Guides work on Saturday (10-5) and/or Sundays (2-5), with occasional work available on other days. $9/hr. with a salary differential on Sunday. Kykuit, the Rockefeller Estate

Historic Hudson Valley continuously interviews candidates interested in being part-time, seasonal (May through October) tour guides for Kykuit, the Rockefeller Estate. Candidates must possess excellent communications skills, knowledge of history, the arts and/or gardens, and be in good physical condition.
